About Us.

Flourishing Youth Academy (FYA) is a strengths-centered learning initiative preparing young people ages 11-26 to navigate an uncertain and complex world.

FYA believes the next iteration of learning calls for expanded capacities:

and the Self-Confidence to design flourishing futures.

FYA builds on the foundation of modern education by cultivating these capacities through innovative and experiential learning practices.

Global citizenship is central to our learning model. FYA students explore centers of excellence in creativity, innovation, and human flourishing around the world.

They learn to appreciate diverse cultural strengths, engage with humility, and apply appreciative inquiry to understand what is working well in different contexts.

By learning from global examples of excellence and bringing those insights home, students become bridge-builders — connecting ideas across cultures and translating inspiration into local impact.
