The Flourishing Youth Academy introduces the THRIVE Lab: a world-class, multidisciplinary enrichment program designed for middle and high schools globally. We partner with institutions that prioritize STEAM, social-emotional well-being, and global citizenship to foster holistic student development.
Whether integrated into language immersion, honors, or STEM tracks, the THRIVE Lab transforms students from passive learners into purpose-driven creators.
We meet schools where they are, offering various structures to fit your academic calendar:
Semester Labs: Deep-dive integration into the school year.
Design Sprints: Targeted 4–6 week high-intensity modules.
Innovation Weeks: Immersive 3–5 day intensives (available on or off-site).
The Core Experience: Every format guides student teams through our human (flourishing)-centered design (FCD) process, culminating in a high-stakes Social Impact Venture Expo or Pitch Day for parents and community leaders.
