Our Chief Design Expert—known in our home simply as Mom—braids together entrepreneurship, well-being science, and the wisdom of lived experience through her Flourish51 philosophy of flourishing-centered design.

Everything taught at FYA is something we have practiced, tested, and refined in our own family innovation studio. This is where ideas become prototypes, prototypes become practices, and practices become a flourishing way of life.

The Flourishing Youth Academy is our offering to a new generation of leaders: a space where young people learn to design their lives, their communities, and their futures with creativity, awareness, and purpose.
