The F3 Fellowship is an elite, year-round program for young leaders ready to launch their ideas into the world.
Fellows join a design team to build a real startup venture—a product, service, or initiative—grounded in their collective signature strengths and driven by meaning & purpose.

Pathway 1: High School & University Partnerships
The Flourishing Futures Fellowship (F3) is an elite, year-round venture program for students ready to turn bold ideas into reality. F3 functions as a living learning environment. Every cohort engagement serves as applied research, capturing how to infuse holistic well-being into design education. Partner institutions become co-creators, receiving specialized tools, contributing to research, and—in deep partnerships—earning co-authorship on published findings.
What F3 Fellows Do
Fellows blend human-centered design with well-being science, join design teams, build real startup ventures—products, services, or initiatives—rooted in their collective signature strengths and driven by the science of human flourishing.

Venture Design: Full-cycle startup creation.
Strengths Leadership: Leading from a foundation of self-knowledge.
Global Immersion: A GEM Journey to a global creative hub.
Integrated Performance: Mastering the balance of high output and holistic health.
Two Specialized Tracks
We partner with 2 select institutions to host 24 Fellows annually (12 per track), ensuring a high-touch, collaborative environment.
High School Track (Years 1–4): Focuses on strengths fluency and early venture thinking, culminating in a capstone startup launch and global immersion.
College Track (Years 1–4): An intensive experiential practice in systems thinking and professional venture design, providing the infrastructure to launch high-impact startups.

Your Global Flourishing Expedition
Every F3 Fellow embarks on a fellow-centered, customized curated GEM Journey—a transformative learning expedition to countries renowned for their vibrant, flourishing cultures.
GEM Journeys are immersive, evidence-based expeditions designed to activate universal character strengths.
Fellows learn from the deep wisdom of both ancient and contemporary thriving cultures, while developing the global wisdom and strengths-based mindsets missing from today’s global leadership but a requirement for leaders of flourishing futures.
The Science of Well-Being in Action
During their expedition, Fellows actively boost their personal and collective well-being through daily, scientifically backed practices:
Awe & Savoring: Cultivating a deep appreciation of beauty, excellence, and the present moment in breathtaking global settings.
Curiosity & Love of Learning: Engaging directly with local traditions, languages, and ecosystems to expand intellectual horizons.
Strengths Spotting: Actively noticing and identifying character strengths in action across diverse cultures and communities.
Navigating Discomfort: Building resilience, emotional agility, and adaptability by stepping gracefully outside of comfort zones.

Pathway 2: Gap Year & Early Career Track
Who it’s for: Gap year students and early-career innovators.
What you’ll build: A tangible startup venture and a resilient "inner architecture."
The Result: Emerge as a changemaker equipped to lead a life—and a career—that flourishes.
The Future of Work, Reimagined.
The Flourishing Futures Fellowship (Ages 18–26) is a year-long immersion in nature-aligned entrepreneurship. Designed for those in the "gap" between education and career, this track replaces the hustle-and-burnout culture with a seasonal rhythm of creation.For young adults at a crossroads, the Flourishing Futures Fellowship (F3) is a radical departure from the high-stress entry into adulthood.
Fellows prepare for a career while innovating on the front lines of a new occupational design movement: building ventures that prioritize well-being over burnout. Fellows on the nature aligned pathway, build futures-focused ventures that provide living proof of a more sustainable future for life and work.
The program follows the earth’s natural cycles, transitioning from deep rest to high-impact launch.
A Nature-Aligned Journey: From Stillness to Startup
Beginning with a restorative January GEM Retreat, Fellows move through four seasonal phases using a nature based rhythm that blends human-centered design with well-being science to build real startup ventures. Their aim: to prove high performance and deep well-being are not in tension.
Two Specialized Tracks
The Gap Year Track: A highly structured year of personal development, startup design, and global travel. It is "the gap year done right"—replacing aimless wandering with intentional creation.
The Early Career Track: For innovators building outside traditional higher education. This track develops the "entrepreneurial muscle" and global perspective needed to navigate the modern workforce.
